We defend our clients judicially in every level of the Judiciary Branch, regarding individual or collective claims involving civil liabilities whether arising from contracts or not, obligations, and disputes over property ownership, among others.
Likewise, ATN’s practice includes litigation in the administrative sphere, by following and defending clients in Preparatory Procedures and Civil Investigations held by Public Prosecution Service and several bodies of the Direct and Indirect Public Administration.
We also act in a preventive way, by developing legal alternatives that avoid conflicts and disputes, in convergence with the strategic operation in the establishment of legal mechanisms that leave our clients in a favorable position in case the litigation is unavoidable. The consulting area also acts in collaboration with other areas of the firm, especially the litigation area, by preparing pre-litigation strategies, in a continuous effort to maximize the clients’ time and resources.
